Position Overview:

The School Adjustment Counselor plays a critical role in implementing our school-wide plan to create a safe and supportive social-emotional environment for students. This position involves providing individual counseling to students in grades 5-8, screening for emotional and academic needs, facilitating social skills groups, and serving as a liaison between home and school. The School Adjustment Counselor collaborates closely with parents, teachers, administration, and other school staff members to address students' social-emotional needs and ensure their overall well-being.
